3D printing resins

The resins section covers materials for models, gingiva masks, splints, surgical guides, custom trays, temporary and permanent crowns, denture bases and directly printed aligners. Choose by printer: HeyGears resins are for HeyGears devices, SHINING DENT for the AccuFab series, and Graphy Tera Harz for producing aligners, retainers and dentures.

CAD/CAM discs for milling

  • Zirconia discs – YUCERA 4D Pro Multilayer (15 layers, 800–1300 MPa) and ST Color (≥ 1100 MPa), VITA shades, 10–25 mm thick.
  • PMMA, G-CAM and wax discs – for temporary restorations, denture bases and wax patterns, 95 or 98 mm.
  • Metal discs – MESA MAGNUM SOLARE Co-Cr-Mo and HYPERONE titanium Grade 23, Ø 98.5 mm.

Casting alloys

MESA MAGNUM alloys are supplied in 1 kg packs: Co-Cr and Ni-Cr alloys for metal-ceramics, Cr-Co-Mo alloys for clasp-retained and cast partial dentures. For laser melting, there is LAPILLUM CCMW Co-Cr powder.

How to choose

The key criteria are indication, compatibility with your equipment (printer model, disc diameter and holder), shade and thickness. If in doubt, write to us – we will advise based on your equipment and typical work.

Frequently asked questions

Which disc diameter fits my milling machine?

Most open systems use 98 mm discs with a step, some systems use 95 mm. YUCERA zirconia and PMMA discs are supplied in 98 mm (some also in 95 mm), MESA metal discs in 98.5 mm. Check your machine's holder or ask us.

Can HeyGears resins be used in AccuFab printers?

HeyGears specifies compatibility with its own printers (A2D, A2D-HD, etc.), while SHINING DENT resins are designed for the AccuFab series. Other combinations are not validated by the manufacturers, so we recommend choosing the resin designed for your printer.

Do you supply casting alloys in smaller packs?

MESA MAGNUM alloys are supplied in 1 kg packs in our catalog. Please inquire about other quantities.

Which zirconia shades are available?

YUCERA 4D Pro Multilayer – VITA Classical A1–D4, OM1–OM3 and bleach BL1–BL4; ST Color – VITA Classical A1–D4 and OM1–OM3.
