HeyGears 3D resins

Resins by indication

• Models: universal Model GP and water-washable Model WW; for gingiva masks – Gingiva UV.
• Crowns: LT Crown UV and Detax Freeprint Crown UV (Class IIa under MDR); for temporary and try-in crowns – Temp For Try-in UV.
• Dentures: Denture Impact UV and the flexible Denture Flex UV; for try-in dentures – Denture Try-in UV, Flexible Try-in UV, Tough Teeth and, for All-on-X cases, On-X Teeth Try-in UV.
• Splints, guides, trays, casting: Hard/Soft Splint, Surgical Guide UV, Tray UV and the burnout Cast UV.

Compatibility

The resins are validated with HeyGears printers; each resin's specifications state which models it works with (A2D, A2D-HD, A2D 4K, ChairSide Pro, A3D). Some resins, e.g. Detax Freeprint Crown and Model GP, are listed only for the UltraCraft A2D-HD printer.

Post-processing

After printing, wash the resins in the UltraCraft Wash and cure them in the UltraCraft AirCure according to HeyGears parameters.

How to choose

Choose by indication and medical device class: model and casting resins have no biocompatibility requirements, while crown, denture, splint and guide resins carry certificates of the relevant class (e.g. Detax Freeprint materials are Class IIa under MDR). Packs: 500 g or 1000 g bottles.
