Delivery cost

Delivery by DPD courier throughout Lithuania: 5 €. For large equipment, the delivery cost and method are agreed individually in the offer.

Delivery time

• Items in stock — dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment.
• Items to order — usually up to 7 business days.
• Equipment — delivery time, installation and training are agreed individually.

In total, usually from 2 business days to one week. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

VAT invoice

We issue an electronic VAT invoice for every order. Enter your company details (name, address, company code, VAT code) in the “Company” field when placing your order. EU companies with a valid VAT number can purchase at 0% VAT (intra-EU supply) — please contact us before ordering.

Receiving your parcel

Check the parcel in the presence of the courier. If it is damaged, ask the courier to draw up a damage report and write to us at uzsakymai@immt.lt — we will resolve it right away.
