Why washing must be standardized
After printing, uncured resin remains on the print and in its pores. Manual rinsing is not reproducible – time, temperature and solvent contamination vary. Washing too briefly leaves a tacky surface, washing too long weakens thin walls. An automatic unit runs the same cycle every time.

- FabWash – smart washing station with automatic print release and wash-time selection; for the AccuFab-D1s build platform, there is the FabWash adapter.
- HeyGears UltraCraft Wash – up to 20 parts per 4–6 min. cycle, isopropanol (99%) or ethanol (95%), also mixes 1 kg resin bottles.
- Tera Harz Spinner – heated centrifuge that removes excess resin from up to 16 aligners without washing in alcohol.
- Tera Harz Care – compact ultrasonic cleaner and warmer for shape-memory aligner care at the clinic and at home.
How to choose
Choose according to your printer and resins: for the HeyGears system – UltraCraft Wash, for the AccuFab series – FabWash, for Graphy aligners – Spinner. After washing, prints are dried and cured – see UV curing units.

Frequently asked questions
What liquid is used to wash 3D prints?
Most commonly isopropanol (IPA). For HeyGears UltraCraft Wash, the manufacturer allows 99% isopropanol or 95% ethanol. Graphy aligners are cleaned in a centrifuge without alcohol. Always follow the resin manufacturer's instructions.
Why is a centrifuge used for aligners?
The manufacturer of Graphy Tera Harz TC-85DAC aligners specifies removing excess resin with a centrifuge (Tera Harz Spinner), as washing in alcohol may alter the material's properties.
How many parts fit in the UltraCraft Wash?
Up to 20 parts per 4–6 min. cycle.
