Description

Tera Harz Spinner – a Graphy centrifuge for removing uncured resin from directly 3D-printed shape memory aligners (SMA, Shape Memory Aligner™). The unit is used after printing and reduces manual cleaning work.

A powerful, quiet spin drive combined with internal all-round heating (Graphy patented technology) effectively removes residual resin within minutes. Up to 16 aligners can be hung on the centrifuge hooks at once – they are easy to attach and remove. Rotation stops smoothly, and a safety brake engages when the door is opened.

Operation is simple: digital display, knob and smart control dial with a notification system; cycle time is adjustable from 1 to 10 min. Drained resin residue is automatically collected in the bottom drawer, making the unit easy to maintain.

  • Up to 16 aligners per cycle
  • Heating during operation
  • Adjustable duration – 1–10 min
  • Rotation speed – 500 rpm
  • Bottom drawer for collecting resin residue

Frequently asked questions

What is the Tera Harz Spinner centrifuge for?

For removing uncured resin from directly 3D-printed shape-memory aligners (Graphy SMA) immediately after printing – it replaces much of the manual cleaning work.

How many aligners fit in one cycle?

Up to 16 aligners on the centrifuge hooks; the cycle time is adjustable from 1 to 10 min, and internal heating from all sides helps remove resin residue within a few minutes.

Is the unit safe and easy to maintain?

Rotation stops smoothly, a safety stop is triggered when the door is opened, and drained resin is collected in a bottom drawer that only needs to be emptied periodically.

Is additional washing needed after the centrifuge?

The Spinner removes most of the residue; the final aligner post-processing (washing, curing in the Tera Harz Cure chamber) is carried out according to the Graphy protocol, which we provide during installation.
