Graphy – 3D printing resins and direct aligners
Graphy develops Tera Harz photopolymer resins for dentistry and the world's first directly printed aligner with shape memory. IMMT is the official representative of Graphy: we supply the resins and the complete Direct Aligner system, help you implement it and train your team.
Who is Graphy
Graphy Inc. was founded in 2017 in South Korea. The company synthesizes the oligomers for its resins in-house and specializes in 3D printing materials for medicine and dentistry. Its Tera Harz resins became the first material to allow aligners to be printed directly, without a model or thermoforming, and shape memory allows a single aligner to cover an entire treatment stage.
What they make
For aligners: Tera Harz TC-85DAC and TA-28 for direct printing, TR-07 for post-treatment retainers. For dentures: THD for denture bases and TFDH for flexible dentures. For restorations: TC-80DP for permanent crowns and bridges, BR-23 for temporary and permanent restorations. For surgery: SG-100 for surgical guides. Other: TE-151 for splints and mouthguards, SC-130 for casting patterns.
The resins are complemented by a system: Tera Harz Spinner for resin removal, Tera Harz Cure for curing in a nitrogen atmosphere, Smart Robot for aligner finishing and Tera Harz Care for cleaning.
What you get from IMMT
We put together the complete Direct Aligner or denture printing system rather than individual materials: resins, centrifuge, curing chamber and robot. We train you to work according to the manufacturer's protocol, as only this guarantees the declared properties, and provide support after purchase.
