Zirconia restoration production
YUCERA zirconia discs for the lab: 4D Pro Multilayer discs and pre-shaded ST Color discs for 95 / 98 mm systems, the full VITA shade range and thicknesses of 10–25 mm. We help you choose the disc for the indication and fine-tune the sintering program for repeatable shade and accuracy.
Workflow
How it works

Disc selection
Shade, translucency and thickness are chosen according to the indication and restoration height.

Milling
The pre-sintered disc is dry-milled on a milling machine for 95 or 98 mm diameter discs.

Sintering
Program based on YUCERA sintering curves; sintering beads distribute heat evenly and protect the restorations.

Finishing
Glazing or polishing.
