Direct aligner printing
The aligner is printed directly from Graphy resin, without physical models or thermoforming. You control the aligner's thickness and stiffness at the design stage, and shape memory helps maintain a consistent force. IMMT is the official representative of Graphy.

How it works

Scanning and planning
Intraoral scanning and orthodontic planning in CAD software.

Printing
The aligner is printed from Graphy Tera Harz TC-85DAC resin.

Resin removal
Uncured resin is removed by centrifuge, without alcohol washing.

Nitrogen curing
Oxygen-free curing ensures full polymerization and a smooth surface.

Finishing and care
The aligner is cleaned and warmed with the Tera Harz Care unit before fitting to the patient.
