Description

The world's first UV device to achieve 100% polymerization conversion in materials. Tera Harz Cure minimizes the oxygen content in the chamber, resulting in the best mechanical properties and optimal color and shade – ideal for C&B, dentures, onlays and other prosthetic work.

Curing in a nitrogen atmosphere eliminates the tacky surface layer and residual monomers – a standard / requirement in the medical and dental fields. It improves the surface quality of castings and ensures a precise fit of metal crowns.

Compared with conventional units connected to an external nitrogen cylinder, Tera Harz Cure is more economical and convenient to use – a cleaner surface, shorter process time and repeatable results in everyday lab work.

01

The world's first UV curing unit

Achieves 100% polymerization conversion in materials.

Delivers the best mechanical properties and optimal shade. Reduces oxygen content, improving the surface quality of crowns and bridges (C&B), dentures and more.

Improved casting surface quality ensures a perfect final fit of metal crowns.

Curing in a nitrogen atmosphere is essential for dental and medical products (it removes surface tackiness and residual monomers).

Greater cost-efficiency and convenience compared with nitrogen curing units connected to an external cylinder.

Frequently asked questions

Why cure in a nitrogen atmosphere?

Reducing the oxygen level in the chamber achieves 100 % polymerization conversion: no tacky surface layer or residual monomers remain, giving the best mechanical properties and stable color.

Is a separate nitrogen cylinder needed?

No – Tera Harz Cure works without an external nitrogen cylinder, making it more economical and convenient than conventional units.

Which products is it suitable for?

Directly printed aligners (up to 8 per cycle), C&B work, dentures, onlays and other products made from Graphy resins; light intensity is adjustable in levels 1–5.

Is this necessary for medical devices?

Oxygen-free curing is considered the standard for medical and dental products so that the surface is clean and biocompatible; it ensures repeatable results in everyday lab work.
