Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal – 14 days
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to uzsakymai@immt.lt (you may use the form below). It is sufficient to send it before the 14-day period expires.
2. Returning the product
Send the product no later than within 14 days of your statement to:

The direct cost of the return is borne by the Customer. Please pack the parcel securely and, if possible, state the order number. The product must be complete and not used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; otherwise the Customer is liable for any diminished value.
3. Refunds
We refund all amounts received, including the cost of delivery to the Customer (up to the cost of the least expensive delivery method offered), no later than within 14 days of receiving your statement – using the same payment method, unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that it has been sent.
4. When returns do not apply
Due to the nature of the products offered, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:
- sterile and disposable products in sealed packaging once the packaging has been opened (drapes, gowns, hemostatic sponges, tips, membranes),
- materials whose packaging has been opened or damaged (resins, cements, discs with a broken seal),
- products made or configured to individual order,
- products with a short shelf life.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers purchasing for their professional activities (purchase in the name of a company with a VAT invoice).
5. Complaints (defective or damaged product)
If the product does not conform to the contract (defect, damage in transit, incomplete contents), write to uzsakymai@immt.lt, stating the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. We respond within 14 days. Consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee from delivery: repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. Equipment is additionally covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If the complaint is found to be justified, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Seller.
