Zirconia discs
Zirconia discs for CAD/CAM milling: YUCERA 4D Pro Multilayer with a 15-layer translucency and strength gradient, and the monochrome, high-strength ST Color. Both are pre-shaded in VITA shades, so no internal coloring is required. Available in 98 mm diameter (4D Pro also in 95 mm), 10–25 mm thick. Price depends on shade and thickness; sintering beads are also available here.

4D Pro Multilayer or ST Color?
- YUCERA 4D Pro Multilayer – translucency ranges from ~57% at the incisal edge to ~43% in the cervical area, and flexural strength from 800 to 1300 MPa. Suitable for veneers, inlays, full-contour crowns and bridges where esthetics without ceramic layering matter. Shades: VITA A1–D4, OM1–OM3 and bleach BL1–BL4.
- YUCERA ST Color – uniform color throughout, ~43% translucency and ≥ 1100 MPa. Suitable for frameworks, posterior crowns and multi-unit bridges. Shades: VITA A1–D4 and OM1–OM3.

Diameter and thickness
98 mm discs are for open milling systems, 95 mm discs for systems without a step. Choose the thickness based on the tallest restoration nested in the disc, with allowance for connectors. In a multilayer disc, position the restoration so that the cervical area lies in the chromatic layer and the incisal edge in the translucent layer.
Sintering
Sinter according to the YUCERA program for the specific disc. Support long bridges in the furnace with sintering beads – they reduce the risk of deformation and can be reused for several cycles. We do not currently offer milling machines or furnaces, but we are happy to advise on process parameters.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a zirconia disc cost?
The price depends on the line, shade, diameter and thickness. Once you select a variant on the product page, the price updates automatically.
Do YUCERA discs need to be colored?
No, both lines are pre-shaded in VITA shades, so no internal coloring step is needed. If required, restorations can be further characterized and glazed.
What disc thickness should I choose?
The thickness must exceed the tallest restoration, with allowance for connectors. For single crowns 14–16 mm is usually sufficient; for larger cases a thicker disc is chosen – up to 25 mm.
What are sintering beads for?
The beads support zirconia restorations in the sintering tray and allow them to shrink evenly. This is especially important for long bridges. The beads can be reused.
