3D printers

The 3D printers section includes the HeyGears UltraCraft A2D-HD (DLP, build volume 163.2 × 91.8 × 110 mm, optional 4K resolution) and the SHINING 3D AccuFab series: CEL, F1, D1s, L4D / L4K and the compact AccuFab-Aris. The HeyGears A2D-HD is also available as a complete set with washing, curing and release modules.

Post-processing

  • Washing and post-processing – FabWash, HeyGears UltraCraft Wash, Tera Harz Spinner centrifuge for aligners.
  • UV curing – FabCure 1S, FabCure 2, FabCure N2, HeyGears UltraCraft AirCure and Tera Harz Cure, which cures in a reduced-oxygen environment.

Choose the washing and curing unit according to the process validated by the resin manufacturer – this determines the final material properties.

Scanning

The lab scanners AutoScan-DS-EX Pro and Pro(H) scan models, impressions and articulators. Intraoral scans submitted by clinics can be received via SHINING 3D Dental Cloud.

Spare parts

Resin tanks, films, build platforms, LCD screens and other components are in the printer accessories. Their prices are shown on the product pages.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer milling machines and sintering furnaces?

We do not currently have milling machines or sintering furnaces in our catalog. We supply materials for milling – zirconia, PMMA, wax, Co-Cr and titanium discs – as well as sintering beads. If you need equipment, contact us and we will advise.

What is the difference between HeyGears and SHINING 3D printers?

The HeyGears UltraCraft A2D-HD is a DLP printer with the HeyGears resin ecosystem and an optional 4K upgrade. The SHINING 3D AccuFab series includes LCD and DLP models that work with SHINING DENT resins. Choose based on the type of work, volume and materials.

What equipment is needed for direct aligner printing?

The Graphy process requires a compatible 3D printer, Tera Harz TC-85DAC resin, the Tera Harz Spinner centrifuge and the Tera Harz Cure curing chamber. We help put together the complete system.
