Description
Pulsing Release Module – an optional module for the HeyGears UltraCraft A2D HD printer that significantly reduces the force needed for each printed layer to separate from the resin tank. This is especially relevant when printing thin-walled or fragile structures – splints, retainers, denture bases.
The module uses pixel diffusion technology to achieve up to 88% light transmission and smoother layer transitions. Used with the HT resin tank, the module reduces release force by up to 90%, producing clear, glossy surfaces without polishing, while supports can be up to 30% thinner – saving resin and shortening finishing time.
