Canal preparation
Well-Prep – EDTA cream with urea peroxide that facilitates mechanical canal preparation: with sodium hypochlorite it foams and lifts dentin debris, and instruments glide more easily in the canal; 3 syringes of 6 g with tips. To locate canal orifices, the MICROLUX transilluminator is helpful.
Intracanal dressing
Well-Paste – water-based calcium hydroxide paste with barium sulfate (for radiopacity), 2 g syringe with tips.
Canal obturation
- Well-Root – calcium silicate bioceramic material: a sealer in a 2 g syringe for canal obturation, or a repair putty in capsules (0.25 g × 10) for perforation repair, pulp capping and apexification.
- UC Cut – cordless device combining heat (up to ~180 °C at the tip) and sonic vibration: for gutta-percha cutting (GP CUT #90, #110), vertical condensation (CWT #F, #FM, #M, #ML) and cauterization. Supplied as a complete kit or as individual tips.
After endodontic treatment
For core build-up – Sanapost tapered glass fiber posts (2% taper, Ø 0.8–1.4 mm) and Dual Core core material. For post cementation – cements. For convenient storage of small items – the SANADEN magnetic box.
How to choose
A bioceramic sealer is suited to the hydraulic obturation technique, while warm vertical condensation requires a heated device such as UC Cut. The final decision depends on the technique used by the clinician.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Well-Root putty and sealer?
Well-Root sealer (2 g syringe) is designed for root canal obturation, while the repair putty in capsules (0.25 g × 10) is for repair procedures. Both materials are calcium silicate-based.
Which tips are available for UC Cut?
GP CUT #90 and #110 gutta-percha cutting tips, CWT #F, #FM, #M, #ML vertical condensation tips, B2 and B8 cauterization tips, and SB soft-tissue tips. They can be purchased separately.
What sizes are Sanapost posts available in?
The kit contains Ø 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 mm posts (20 pcs); a separate Ø 1.4 mm pack (10 pcs) is also available.
