Terms of Service
1. General provisions
1.1. The online store www.immt.lt (the “Store”) is operated by IMMT, UAB, registered office at Laisvės al. 110, LT-44251 Kaunas, Lithuania, company code 306055775, VAT number LT100014890117, e-mail uzsakymai@immt.lt (the “Seller”).
1.2. These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) set out the procedure for concluding a distance sales contract in the Store, as well as for delivery, payment, withdrawal from the contract and the handling of complaints.
1.3. A customer of the Store may be a consumer (a natural person purchasing for non-business purposes) or a business customer (dental labs, dental clinics and other legal entities, as well as natural persons engaged in business).
1.4. The Terms are available free of charge on the Store website in a form that allows them to be saved and printed.
1.5. Contact: e-mail uzsakymai@immt.lt; contact form www.immt.lt/pages/kontaktai.
2. Products and prices
2.1. The Seller offers digital dentistry equipment and materials: devices (scanners, 3D printers, milling machines, furnaces), materials (zirconia discs, resins, cements), and disposable and procedure supplies.
2.2. Prices in the Store are stated in euros incl. VAT. The price does not include the delivery charge, which is shown separately before the order is placed.
2.3. Products marked “Price on request” are not sold directly in the Store. The customer submits an enquiry and the Seller prepares an individual offer; the contract is concluded on the terms agreed in the offer.
2.4. Product descriptions, technical specifications and photos are informational and constitute an invitation to conclude a contract. Photos may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product.
2.5. Medical devices and materials used in dentistry are intended for professionals. The customer undertakes to use them in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable legislation.
3. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract
3.1. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by adding products to the cart and completing the order form. Registration is not required.
3.2. To place an order, the details required for delivery must be provided and, for business customers, invoicing details (company name, address, company code, VAT number). Enter them in the “Company” field or in the order notes.
3.3. An order is placed by clicking the button confirming an order with an obligation to pay. After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the order. The contract is deemed concluded when the Customer receives confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer to confirm or clarify an order, particularly for high-value or equipment orders.
3.5. If an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. the product is unavailable), the Seller will inform the Customer without delay and refund any payment received no later than within 14 days.
4. Payment
4.1. Available payment methods: payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and other methods indicated at checkout.
4.2. When paying by bank transfer, the order is processed once payment has been received. If payment is not made within 7 days of placing the order, the order may be cancelled.
4.3. A sales document (VAT invoice) is issued for each order and sent electronically to the Customer's e-mail address; by placing an order the Customer agrees to this.
4.4. Business customers from other EU Member States holding a valid VAT number may, after verification in the VIES system, purchase products as an intra-EU supply (reverse charge). Please contact us about this before placing an order.
5. Delivery
5.1. Products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania by DPD courier. Delivery to other countries is possible by individual agreement.
5.2. The delivery charge is 5 EUR. For large equipment, the delivery charge is set individually in the offer.
5.3. Fulfillment times: products in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment; products supplied to order – usually within up to 7 business days. The total waiting time is usually from 2 business days to one week. The Customer will be informed of any possible extension of the delivery time.
5.4. Please inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the packaging or contents are damaged, we recommend drawing up a damage report – this makes it easier to handle the complaint (but is not a prerequisite for submitting one).
5.5. More detailed information is provided in the Shipping Policy.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
6.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product (Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code).
6.2. To exercise this right, the Consumer must submit a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail to uzsakymai@immt.lt). The form provided in the Refund Policy may be used, but this is not mandatory. The deadline is met if the statement is sent before it expires.
6.3. The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of submitting the statement, to: IMMT, UAB, Laisvės al. 110, LT-44251 Kaunas. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer.
6.4. The Seller will refund all amounts received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive one), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of receiving the statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the product or proof that it has been sent.
6.5. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
6.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: (a) sealed products which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. sterile drapes, gowns, disposable supplies, opened resins); (b) products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized to the Customer's needs; (c) products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
6.7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers purchasing products for their professional activities (purchase with a VAT invoice in the name of a company).
7. Complaints, warranty and quality
7.1. The Seller must deliver a product that conforms to the contract. Consumers are entitled to a two-year legal guarantee from delivery of the product (Articles 6.363–6.364 of the Civil Code).
7.2. A complaint may be submitted by e-mail to uzsakymai@immt.lt, stating the Customer's details, the order number, a description of the non-conformity and the remedy requested (repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract). If possible, please attach photos of the defect.
7.3. The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
7.4. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the warranty document supplied with the product or the terms of the offer. The manufacturer's warranty does not limit the Consumer's rights under the legal guarantee.
7.5. In relations with business customers, the manufacturer's warranty terms and individual agreements apply; no other quality obligations of the Seller apply, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
8.1. The Consumer must first submit any request or complaint concerning a product purchased in the Store to the Seller in writing. If the Consumer does not agree with the Seller's response, the Consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or complete the application form on the online consumer dispute resolution platform, where available.
8.2. The use of these procedures is voluntary.
9. Personal data
The controller of customers' personal data is the Seller. The procedure for processing data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
10.1. Contracts are concluded in Lithuanian. The Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. Disputes with business customers are resolved by the court of the Seller's registered office. Disputes with consumers are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by law.
10.3. The Seller may amend the Terms for important reasons (changes in legislation, payment or delivery methods, or the scope of business). Amendments do not apply to orders placed before they take effect.
10.4. These Terms are effective from 1 October 2026.
