Digital production in the lab

A lab workflow usually has three links: a lab scanner (SHINING 3D AutoScan-DS-EX Pro), a 3D printer (HeyGears UltraCraft A2D-HD or the SHINING 3D AccuFab series) and post-processing equipment – washing and UV curing. Consumable parts – resin tanks, films and build platforms – are in the printer accessories section.

How to choose

First define which cases you produce most often, then choose materials that the manufacturer lists as compatible with your printer or milling system. Each resin and disc description lists the compatible devices, dimensions and shades.

Equipment on request

Prices for printers, scanners and post-processing equipment are available on request. We prepare an offer, can show the equipment in operation, and help with installation and material parameter selection.

Frequently asked questions

What zirconia disc sizes do you supply?

YUCERA 4D Pro Multilayer is supplied in 95 and 98 mm diameters, ST Color in 98 mm. Thickness ranges from 10 to 25 mm depending on shade and diameter; the exact options are shown on the product page.

Are the resins suitable for any 3D printer?

No. HeyGears resins are designed for HeyGears printers, SHINING DENT resins for the SHINING 3D AccuFab series. Compatible printers are listed in each resin's specifications; for other devices, please consult us.

Can I buy only spare printer parts?

Yes. Resin tanks, replacement films, build platforms, LCD screens and other parts for HeyGears A2D-HD and AccuFab printers are in the “3D printer accessories and parts” section.

Do you offer metal alloys for casting?

Yes, MESA MAGNUM alloys in 1 kg packs: Co-Cr and Ni-Cr alloys for metal-ceramics and Cr-Co-Mo alloys for clasp-retained and partial framework dentures. We also supply Co-Cr-Mo and titanium CAD/CAM discs for milling.
