Description
The complete HeyGears UltraCraft A2D-HD bundle covers the entire dental 3D production chain: the A2D-HD DLP 3D printer, the UltraCraft Wash unit for removing resin residue, the UltraCraft AirCure curing unit and the Pulsing Release Module, which makes part release easier. With this bundle, a lab or clinic can immediately start the full digital production cycle – from printing to a ready-to-use part.
The A2D-HD printer prints up to five full-arch models in 20 minutes and automatically recognizes the loaded UltraPrint-Dental resin. UltraCraft Wash cleans parts in 4–6 minutes, and UltraCraft AirCure completes the process with controlled post-curing. Together with the HT resin tank, the Pulsing Release Module reduces part release force by up to 90% and delivers a transparent surface that requires no polishing – especially relevant for splints and other clear appliances.
