Description
Yucera sintering beads are small, high-temperature-resistant beads used to support zirconia restorations in the sintering furnace tray. Designed for dental labs sintering zirconia crowns, bridges, inlays and frameworks in high-temperature furnaces.
The beads are poured into the sintering tray and the restoration is placed on or between them. This creates a level base that transfers heat evenly and allows the restoration to shrink freely during sintering, reducing the risk of distortion, uneven shrinkage and marks on the restoration surface. The beads can be reused for several sintering cycles as long as they remain clean and retain their shape.
