Description
Graphy TR-07 – a clear, biocompatible photopolymer resin for direct 3D printing of retainers after orthodontic treatment. The retainer is printed directly from the digital design, so there is no need to print a model and thermoform a sheet.
Compared with Graphy Tera Harz TC-85 aligner resin, TR-07 offers higher flexural strength and elastic modulus (according to the manufacturer, ≥ 60 MPa and ≥ 1600 MPa according to ISO 20795-2, vs. ≥ 50 MPa and ≥ 1500 MPa for TC-85). The resin has a limited shape memory function and is highly durable, making it suitable for long-wear retainers that must hold their shape over time.
Washing, removal of residual resin and post-curing are carried out according to the Graphy instructions for use.
