Description
HeyGears UltraCraft Wash – an automatic washing unit for removing uncured resin from 3D-printed dental parts before post-curing. The unit is designed for the HeyGears UltraCraft A2D-HD printing system and fits into the digital production workflow of a lab or clinic.
Washing starts at the push of a button – the unit selects the washing parameters automatically, but they can be adjusted for a specific material or part type. It uses isopropanol (99%) or ethanol (95%), and its powerful yet quiet rotation effectively cleans even more viscous resins. UltraCraft Wash also has an integrated mixing function for 1 kg resin bottles, which keeps the resin consistency uniform before printing, and supports over-the-air (OTA) software updates.
