HeyGears UltraPrint-Dental Cast UV

UltraPrint-Dental Cast UV – a red castable (lost-wax casting) resin for printing precise patterns that are subsequently cast in metal. The resin is designed for HeyGears UltraCraft printers and, compared with conventional casting resins, allows labs to shorten printing and washing times and reduce material consumption.

It is used to produce casting patterns for PFM crowns, ceramic veneers and inlays, removable partial denture frameworks and post and cores. During burnout the resin burns out cleanly without ash residue, resulting in an accurate casting surface and stable dimensions.
