Direct aligner printing
Tera Harz TC-85DAC allows aligners to be printed directly, without a model or thermoforming of foil. The clinician controls aligner thickness, stiffness and elasticity in the CAD software, and the shape memory property helps seat the aligner and maintain a predictable force. For retainers after treatment, TR-07 is designed – with higher flexural strength and elastic modulus than TC-85, suitable for long-term wear.
Prosthodontics
- TC-80DP – permanent crowns, bridges, inlays and veneers; flexural strength approx. 220 MPa, hardness ≥ 90 Shore D, shade VITA A2.
- THD – denture bases with low shrinkage and high strength.
- TFDH – flexible partial dentures and components such as clasps.
Processing according to the Graphy workflow
The properties of Graphy materials are achieved only when the manufacturer's process is followed. Excess aligner resin is removed with the Tera Harz Spinner centrifuge, and curing takes place in a reduced-oxygen environment in the Tera Harz Cure chamber. For patient aligner care, there is Tera Harz Care. A detailed workflow description is available in our knowledge base.

Frequently asked questions
Can TC-85DAC aligners be washed in alcohol?
No. Graphy specifies removing excess resin with the Tera Harz Spinner centrifuge, as washing in alcohol may alter the material's properties.
Do Graphy resins require a special curing chamber?
Yes, Graphy resins are cured in a reduced-oxygen environment. Tera Harz Cure is designed for this and does not require an external nitrogen cylinder.
What is the difference between TC-85DAC and TR-07?
TC-85DAC is for active aligner treatment, TR-07 for retainers after treatment: it is stiffer and has a limited shape memory function.
What shade is TC-80DP?
In our catalog, TC-80DP is supplied in shade VITA A2.
