Description
Tera Harz TC-85DAC was developed to overcome the limitations of conventional thermoformed sheets. The resin can be printed directly on a 3D printer, making orthodontic treatment more efficient and less painful for the patient.
The clinician designs the aligner in CAD software and controls its rigidity and elasticity – these properties can be adjusted to the treatment stage. As a result, aligners printed from TC-85DAC cover a wider range of indications than conventional thermoformed aligners and help achieve real treatment results faster.

TC-85
A biocompatible photopolymer with global medical device certifications such as CE, FDA and KFDA. It is widely used in both Korea and international markets and achieves significantly better results than conventional methods. Two colors are available for direct printing: clear and white.
TC-85DAC (clear)
A fully transparent, durable aligner, while TC-85DAW (white) stands out for its durability and esthetics.
In addition, Graphy Inc. has its own material development technology, so it can offer custom colors tailored to business partners' needs.
