Description
Shining3D Ceramix-Nano esthetic curing accessory – an add-on module for the Ceramix-Nano capsule 3D printer for surface finishing of printed restorations after staining and glazing. The module creates an oxygen-free (N2 or CO2) atmosphere in the curing chamber, preventing an oxygen-inhibited surface layer, so the restoration surface becomes smoother, tack-free and more natural-looking.
The accessory connects via a hose to the curing box, which is inserted into the printer base, and the gas is supplied from standard N2 / CO2 cartridges sold separately. Intended for clinics that stain and glaze restorations themselves and want a more esthetic final surface without additional lab equipment.
An N2 / CO2 gas atmosphere prevents a surface oxygen inhibition layer from forming after staining and glazing.
One curing cycle takes about 30 seconds.
Uses widely available N2 / CO2 cartridges (3/8"-24 UNF thread); one cartridge is enough for about 5 cycles.
