Description
SHINING DENT SH01 – a photopolymer 3D printing resin for printing hard occlusal splints (night guards, bruxism splints). Intended for dental technicians and clinics producing strong, durable splints directly from intraoral scan data, without conventional pressing or casting.
The cured resin offers high flexural and tensile strength, and its shrinkage during printing is controlled, so the printed splint accurately matches the planned shape and fits the dental arch well. It contains no TPO, MMA or THF-MA, so the material is considered suitable for long-term contact with the oral mucosa.
After printing, the splint is washed and post-cured according to the manufacturer's settings, after which it can be finished, polished and fitted to the patient.
