Description
SHINING DENT DT02 (Denture Base Resin) – a photopolymer 3D printing resin for printing removable denture bases. Intended for dental labs producing complete and partial dentures in a digital workflow – from scan to finished prosthesis, without conventional plaster flasks and pressure-pot polymerization steps.
The resin offers high strength and resistance to impact, fracture and fatigue, making it suitable for long-term daily intraoral use. The color is selected to naturally replicate gingival shades, so the finished denture base looks esthetic without additional staining.
After printing, the base is washed and post-cured according to the manufacturer's settings, then the teeth are fixed in place and final finishing and polishing are carried out.
