Description
SHINING DENT DM03 is a grey photopolymer 3D resin for printing implant models and models with removable dies for crown and bridge (C&B) work. It is intended for labs and clinics that need model accuracy, mechanical resistance and clearly visible details.
The resin offers high toughness and compressive resistance, and the hardness and mechanical properties of the cured material allow the model to withstand wear and tearing forces when fitting and finishing implant restorations. The grey color clearly highlights margin lines and model details. According to the manufacturer, the accuracy of a printed and cured model remains > 90% after 10 days and > 85% after 15 days.
After printing, the model is washed in 95% ethanol in an ultrasonic bath and post-cured. The resin should be stored at 23 ± 2 °C and < 70% relative humidity.
