Description
SHINING DENT DC12 is a green, wax-like photopolymer developed for lost-wax casting. It is intended for dental labs producing metal crowns, bridges and partial denture frameworks in a digital workflow.
Printed patterns show low deformation, so their shape remains stable until investing and casting. The resin burns out cleanly, resulting in smooth casting surfaces, and the material can also be used for pressable ceramics. Low viscosity makes printing and cleaning of fine details easier.
After printing, the patterns are washed and briefly post-cured (FabCure 2 – 3 min), then invested and cast in the usual way.
The resin is designed for 405 nm SHINING 3D AccuFab series printers. The cured material has a hardness of 82 Shore D, making the pattern easy to prepare for investing.
