Description
HeyGears UltraCraft A2D-HD – a compact desktop DLP 3D printer for dental labs and clinics using digital production. Designed for efficient batch production: up to five full-arch models can be printed in a single 20-minute cycle, with batch-to-batch consistency of up to 95%.
The printer's light source wavelengths are 385 nm and 405 nm; the printer automatically recognizes the loaded resin bottle and adjusts the print parameters to the specific material. The standard Smart Release Platform lets you release printed parts from the platform with a single click, and with the optional Pulsing Release Module and HT resin tank you get a transparent surface that requires no polishing. When higher fine-detail accuracy is needed, the printer can be upgraded to 4K resolution.
The A2D-HD covers more than 50 dental applications in four fields – fixed and removable prosthetics, implantology and orthodontics – with the HeyGears UltraPrint-Dental resin line.
