Professional slicing software
• One-click printing: prepare and start a print with a single click for various dental applications such as restorations, C&B (crowns and bridges), splints, surgical guides, orthodontic models and more. An advanced AI algorithm automatically recognizes key surfaces, plans the layout, generates supports and slices automatically.
• Printer in the cloud: integrated access to Dental Cloud via AccuWare. Monitor, manage and prepare files for printing from anywhere, at any time.
Ceramic build platform in multiple sizes
SHINING 3D was the first to develop a ceramic build platform, which not only increases durability but also improves the user experience.
One-click locking
AccuFab-CEL features an upgraded platform locking mechanism for even greater convenience. The one-click lock has only two states: On or Off, so its status is always clear and starting a print is simple.
Uniform illumination system and high accuracy
AccuFab-CEL achieves high printing accuracy of up to 35 μm. Uniform light distribution is critical to print accuracy. SHINING 3D has developed a new technology, “Collimated Programmable Lithography”. With uniform illumination, printed models have better properties and higher accuracy.
Real-time chamber monitoring and preheating
• Chamber temperature and humidity are continuously monitored during printing.
• Readings are shown on the printer's touchscreen together with warnings about conditions that could cause a print to fail.
• If the temperature is too low, the chamber is preheated before printing starts.
• Preheating improves process accuracy and stability and increases the print success rate.
Improved Z-axis motion system
• Quieter operation and a more comfortable working environment without excess noise.
• Higher speed accelerates the printing process, so customers get results faster.
Six-core mainboard with 5 GHz connectivity
• The six-core mainboard supports 5 GHz connectivity and ensures long-term, reliable AccuFab-CEL operation.
• The proprietary processor provides high throughput for data-intensive tasks, so data is processed quickly and efficiently during slicing.
• The smoother the processing, the shorter the print time.
Advanced printer software
• Post-processing units and automatic resin parameter matching: post-processing units are recognized automatically when brought close to the printer. After printing, FabWash and FabCure 2 automatically adjust to the resin used. Third-party materials are also supported, making post-processing simpler.
• AI mode: when a printing issue is reported on the touchscreen, AccuFab-CEL automatically adjusts the print parameters to resolve it.
• Guided leveling: a wizard integrated into the printer software guides the user step by step through platform leveling.

Frequently asked questions
How does the AccuFab-CEL differ from earlier AccuFab models?
It is a new-generation model with SHINING 3D's own mainboard and a high-performance light panel: much faster printing (especially with a full platform), 5760 × 3600 resolution and accuracy up to ±35 μm.
How long do typical jobs take?
According to the manufacturer, orthodontic models print in ~14 min and a surgical guide in ~20 min. Actual time depends on layer thickness (50–100 μm) and material.
Which resins can be used?
The system is open: the SHINING Dent resin range (for models, splints, guides, temporary restorations) and other compatible dental resins can be used. We will help you choose materials for your cases.
Is a separate computer needed to control printing?
Printing is prepared in Accuware software with integrated Shining Design modules; the printer itself connects via USB, Wi-Fi or Ethernet and has a six-core control board with 5 GHz connectivity.
