Description
AccuFab-L4D / L4K is a SHINING 3D dental LCD 3D printer with a 4K (3840 × 2400 px) resolution screen, designed for dental labs and clinics. It completes the digital workflow from intraoral scanning to the printed part – models, surgical guides, splints, crowns and bridges.
The large 192 × 120 mm build area allows many parts to be printed at once, while the small resin tank (70 × 70 mm print area, 200–350 ml of resin) is convenient for small in-clinic jobs. The zoned cooling system (DCS) keeps the working screen temperature below 40 °C, and light uniformity reaches up to 90%.
Print jobs are prepared in AccuWare software with integrated design modules (CreSplint, CreIBT, AccuDesign, CreTemp). The "Magic Click" function arranges parts, generates supports and slices the model in a single click, and the printer can be monitored and controlled remotely via the Dental Cloud platform.
- L4D and L4K have identical printing specifications; they differ in housing color
- Compatible with SHINING DENT resins and certified third-party materials
- L4D and L4K build platforms are interchangeable
- Recommended environment: 20–35 °C, 30–70% relative humidity
Connecting the future

The SHINING 3D ecosystem of intraoral scanner, 3D printer and dental materials delivers an outstanding digital dentistry experience.
• AccuDesign: model design software with free lifetime updates, supplied with the AccuFab-L4D/K.
• Dental Cloud: the SHINING 3D cloud data platform – convenient data transfer and communication between clinics and dental labs.
Switchable build area size, 4K resolution (optional L4K)
• Two build area sizes: 70 × 70 mm and 192 × 120 mm
• 4K resolution meets users' requirements for throughput and detail
Small resin tank
• Higher accuracy and reliability – new film technology: our innovative film, combined with the ceramic build platform, delivers unmatched print accuracy and stability, eliminating residue and artifacts.
• Outstanding durability: the compact tank withstands up to 120,000 layers, allowing long batch printing runs with many successful prints.
• Optimal size for chairside work: capacity from 200 ml to 350 ml – ideal for small but high-value prints.
• Small resin tank for the AccuFab-L4D/K (optional L4K).
• Dimensions: 314 × 205 × 44 mm.
Small ceramic build platform
• Better biocompatibility: the material is designed to work reliably with Class II and higher resins.
• Precision for small-volume jobs: ideal for crowns, bridges and full arches; print up to 16 posterior crowns or 2 full arches – for everyday clinical needs.
• Residue-free printing: the smooth surface prevents excess material from sticking, making cleaning easier and faster.
• Greater durability: a service life more than 2 years longer than aluminum platforms; high hardness ensures model stability and better resistance during removal.
Small ceramic build platform for the AccuFab-L4D/K
• Dimensions: 86 × 80 × 100 mm
• Ceramic part dimensions: 80 × 80 mm
• Build area: 70 × 70 × 150 mm
Reliable performance
• Industrial-grade optics: a high-quality optical module with long-life components.
• Maximum durability: 5 million layers tested under real dental clinic conditions – top-level reliability.
• District Cooling System (DCS): keeps the screen temperature below 40°C and significantly extends the service life of the 3D printer.
Unmatched accuracy
• Accuracy: more than 96% of surface points fall within ±0.1 mm
• Outstanding uniformity: light intensity uniformity reaches as much as 90%
• No limits: reproduce details finer than a single pixel and achieve a better surface finish
Wide choice of materials

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the L4D and L4K versions?
The L4K has a 4K (3840 × 2400 px) LCD screen for finer details. Both versions use the same two build area sizes: 70 × 70 mm for small clinic orders and 192 × 120 mm for batch production.
What can be printed?
Models, surgical guides, splints, temporary crowns and bridges – from SHINING Dent and other certified dental resins. A small resin tank (200–350 ml) allows economical printing of single cases.
What does the “Magic Click” function do?
In AccuWare software it arranges parts on the platform, generates supports and slices the model in one click – print preparation takes a few seconds.
Can the printer be controlled remotely?
Yes – via the Dental Cloud platform you can monitor the printer and send jobs, and the device is activated by scanning a QR code. Connections: USB, Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
