Description
SHINING DENT SS01 – a photopolymer 3D resin for printing soft occlusal splints (sports mouthguards or night guards). Intended for clinics and labs producing flexible, comfortable splints directly from a digital impression.
The cured resin offers high flexural and tensile strength as well as toughness, so the splint remains flexible and comfortable to wear while retaining its shape for a long time. Thanks to controlled shrinkage during printing, accuracy exceeds 98 %. It contains no TPO, MMA or THF-MA; the material is intended for long-term contact with the oral mucosa.
After printing, the splint is washed and post-cured according to the manufacturer's settings, then finished and fitted to the patient.
