Description
SHINING DENT IBT – a photopolymer 3D printing resin for printing indirect bonding trays in orthodontics. The tray allows the clinician to accurately position and bond all or most brackets at once according to a digitally pre-planned position – shortening procedure time and reducing bonding errors.
The cured resin is semi-translucent, so the bracket position is visible during bonding; it is also flexible and strong enough for the tray to transfer the planned position accurately and then be easily removed without damaging the bonded brackets.
A digital indirect bonding workflow helps save procedure time, reduce the risk of bracket debonding and achieve a more accurate result than direct bonding. The tray is custom-made for each patient based on a digital dental model.
