What difference does curing in a nitrogen atmosphere make?

Nitrogen displaces oxygen from the chamber, so no tacky oxygen-inhibited layer forms on the print – resulting in a cleaner surface and better mechanical properties of the material.

What wavelength of light is used?

365–385 nm UV LED – the dedicated 365 nm light achieves more complete resin polymerization. The curing chamber holds parts up to 72 mm high on a 150 mm diameter turntable.

Is a separate nitrogen cylinder needed?

The unit has an automated nitrogen system with smart control – no additional intervention is needed during the process. Curing temperature is precisely controlled according to the material profile.
