Description
Aoralscan Elf – a Shining 3D intraoral scanner designed as an affordable, very lightweight device for digital impressions. Weighing only 106 g, it reduces hand fatigue during longer procedures and connects to the computer with a single Type-C cable, without additional adapters. Designed for dentists and labs that want to switch to digital impressions without a large investment.
The scanner uses non-contact structured light and captures true-color 3D images without powdering the teeth. With the three interchangeable tips included (large, standard and mini), scanning can be adapted to anything from an edentulous jaw to a child's smaller mouth. The integrated IntelliBite function automatically analyzes the occlusal surfaces and makes evaluating results easier.
Aoralscan Elf does not offer intraoral photogrammetry (IPG) and does not support coded scan bodies – these functions are available on the Aoralscan Elite and Elite Wireless models. Elf can be used with the AoStation or e-Motion carts.
Weighs only 106 g – comfortable to use all day with less hand fatigue.
Connects with a single Type-C cable, no extra adapters or power supplies needed.
Captures true-color 3D images of teeth and soft tissue without additional preparation.
An AI tool automatically detects occlusal surfaces and makes it easier to discuss results with the patient.
Large, standard and mini tips let you adapt the scanner to a wide range of clinical situations.
