Consistent, automated workflow
FabWash is preprogrammed for each material and automates the entire process: from model removal, through washing, to drying. At the end of the cycle, the unit automatically lifts the models and platform out of the solvent. Your models and platform will be ready when you are.
Automatic print removal
Inspired by the latest feedback from the dental community, FabWash is designed to remove models instantly, eliminating the risk of damaging them with traditional tools. The unit selects the optimal motion logic for each material, ensuring flawless, smooth model removal.
One Size Fits All
Supports AccuFab-L4D/L4K and AccuFab-D1s build platforms with a separate platform adapter.

Use preprogrammed wash settings or save your own frequently used profiles to make post-processing more efficient. With Wi-Fi connectivity, FabWash supports over-the-air updates, so you always have the latest firmware and material library.
Simple operation and workplace safety
We know time is one of a dental clinic's most valuable resources. That is why, in addition to a very fast cycle, we made FabWash extremely easy to use. If your staff can use a smartphone, after brief training they will easily operate this unit too. To reduce maintenance, we used innovative chemical-resistant materials.

Which printers is FabWash compatible with?
AccuFab-D1s, AccuFab-L4D/L4K, AccuFab-CEL and AccuFab-F1 – using the included adapter, the build platform goes straight into the washing station (“one size fits all”).
Which solvents can be used?
Alcohol (>75 %), isopropanol (IPA) or water – depending on the material. Tank volume 9.5 l, maximum part size 199 × 124 × 180 mm.
Does the washing time have to be set manually?
No. FabWash has preprogrammed washing and drying profiles for each material; you can also save your own parameters. The unit automatically separates models from the platform.
What safety features are provided?
Automatic start and stop, a platform detection sensor and a solvent tank detection sensor – the process will not start if anything is inserted incorrectly.
