Description
Conventional fabrication of flexible dentures is often complex and costly. Tera Harz TFDH removes these obstacles: dentures can be designed and printed directly from 3D data, reducing the number of steps and the risk of errors.
The material offers high flexibility, higher flexural strength and elongation than conventional thermoformed resins – it is soft against the tissues yet strong, providing reliable clasp retention without discomfort.
Key benefits
-
Biocompatible material for flexible dentures (flex dentures)
-
3D printing instead of thermoforming – a shorter, simpler workflow
-
High flexibility and impact resistance – comfortable to wear, durable in use
-
Higher flexural strength and elongation compared with standard thermoformed resins
-
Precise fit based on 3D scan data; lower risk of errors and adjustments
-
After printing and curing – fast clinical delivery
Applications
-
Flexible partial dentures / flexible components (clasps, denture flanges)
-
Denture bases requiring resilience and comfort
When denture teeth are printed from Graphy TC-80DP and joined to the denture base using Graphy resins, they can be bonded durably thanks to excellent chemical adhesion, without the mechanical retention used in conventional methods. This prevents the artificial teeth from debonding / detaching from the denture base, as happened with earlier solutions.
