AdDent TRIMAX – Composite Contact Forming Instrument

AdDent TRIMAX – a hand instrument that helps create a correct proximal (contact) point and marginal ridge anatomy in posterior composite restorations. The tip acts as a micro light guide: it transmits the curing light directly into the deep proximal part of the cavity while forming the contact with the adjacent tooth.

This helps prevent weak or open contacts – a common problem with direct posterior restorations – and improves curing of the bottom layer along the cavity walls. The instrument has two working ends (for the upper and lower jaw) and is used with interchangeable tips sized for different teeth: premolars, standard molars and large molars. The handles are reusable and the tips are single-use, supplied in packs of 60 pcs.
