Description
The A2D-HD 4K upgrade increases the projection resolution of the HeyGears UltraCraft A2D-HD printer from 1920 × 1080p (HD) to 3840 × 2160p (4K) without changing the build volume. This delivers finer details and sharper edges on models and other parts where a smooth surface and less visible layer lines matter.
With the 4K upgrade, printing accuracy improves from ±42.5 µm to ±21.3 µm. This is especially useful for clear appliances (e.g. splints) that require good light transmission and a smooth surface that needs no polishing. The upgrade is available for existing and newly purchased A2D-HD printers.
