Description
Vericom Vonflex S is a vinyl polysiloxane (A-silicone) impression material line available in five consistencies: Putty, Heavy, Medium, Light and Bite. Designed for dentists taking precise impressions for crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays, and for recording the patient's bite.
The material is hydrophilic and thixotropic – it wets oral tissues well and reproduces the finest details, does not slump on vertical surfaces and does not flow out of the tray. The long working time allows calm preparation and placement, while the relatively short intraoral setting time reduces patient discomfort. The Putty consistency (base + catalyst) is used as a preliminary layer or for two-step impressions with Light; Heavy and Medium, supplied in automix cartridges, are suitable for full impressions; Light is used as a precise wash layer; Bite is for bite registration.
One system covers all impression stages, from the initial layer to bite registration.
Good wetting properties ensure accurate reproduction of fine details even in a moist environment.
The material does not run off vertical surfaces and stays where it is applied.
Sufficiently long working time for preparation, short intraoral setting time.
