How does the Pro(H) differ from the standard AutoScan-DS-EX Pro?
The Pro(H) has two 5.0 MP cameras (instead of 2.4 MP) and 8 μm accuracy – preparation margins and fine structures are reproduced better.
How long does scanning take?
Bite – 6.5 s, upper or lower arch – 14 s, 1–4 dies – 21.5 s, 5–8 dies – 25.5 s, impression – 31 s. Data is processed in the background, so you can scan the next model.
Is articulator scanning supported?
Yes – articulator transfer is available, so the jaw relation is transferred to the digital model. Output: STL, PLY, OBJ formats for any CAD software.
What are the computer and connection requirements?
The scanner connects via USB 3.0, power supply DC 24 V; it weighs 5 kg. We will agree on the exact computer configuration during the consultation based on your software.
